    Further to the above mentioned invoice number, I purchased a Stihl brush cutter from yourselves approximately 18 months ago and due to myself fiddling with the mixture control, I had a problem with the machine that was temporarily repaired by a local company. Ever since then it has been back and froe to the same place for them to try and resolve one problem or another and quite frankly, these people have been useless. I recently delivered the machine to your works. I picked the machine up on Tuesday and would just like to thank the person concerned who repaired the machine and the most excellent way in which he dealt with it all the way through. Although it is quite a distance for me to travel, I can absolutely assure you that no one else will ever touch this machine again other than the experts at George Carr & Sons.

    Just a note to thank you and your company for the generous offer of prizes for our end of year achievement evening. The event was very successful and the prizes were greatly appreciated by my students. Wishing you well for the summer.
